The account gate keeps catalog access, saved orders, and research-use acknowledgments connected to a customer record. Public quality, FAQ, and research-guide pages remain available for review.

No. Research Arsenal does not provide clinical, personal-use, dosing, administration, or treatment guidance. The Research Guides organize literature topics and search terms only.

The catalog can be browsed by six research pathways: Repair Pathways, Growth Axis, Metabolic Signaling, Mitochondrial & Longevity, Cognitive Research, and Immune Signaling. Products may appear in more than one relevant category.

A strength selector shows only approved, priced variants currently in the catalog. Additional strengths are not displayed until their SKU and real selling price are confirmed.

Discounts apply per exact product and strength: 3–5 vials save 5%, 6–9 save 7%, 10–19 save 10%, and 20 or more save 12%. The cart updates automatically.

No. Each tier is calculated from the quantity of one exact product variant. For example, two 5 mg vials and one 10 mg vial do not combine into a three-vial tier.

No. An active sale price and an automatic volume discount do not stack. The store applies the eligible pricing rule without combining both discounts.

The methods currently configured for the store appear securely during checkout. Research Arsenal does not advertise a payment-method discount until the applicable processor, fee, and checkout rule are confirmed.

The COA Status page lists every approved catalog entry. A product remains marked Report pending until a product-matched batch record is ready to publish.

Third-party batch testing and report delivery can take time. The current system shows the gap directly instead of substituting a generic certificate or a report from another product or batch.

Not at this time. cGMP refers to current good manufacturing practice controls. Research Arsenal will not display that claim without documentation from the responsible manufacturing facility that supports it.

The goal is to preserve the original laboratory record with the product, batch or sample reference, dates, methods, and measured values visible. The scope of each report may differ by product and laboratory.

Current handling estimates are displayed during checkout. Tracking details are sent when a shipment is dispatched. Business-day processing may exclude weekends and holidays.

Carrier scans can be delayed. Allow the carrier time to post a new event, then contact support with the order number if the shipment remains unchanged beyond the expected delivery window.

Keep the packaging and contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, label, and affected unit so the record can be reviewed.

Product reviews are intended for genuine customer feedback. WooCommerce identifies reviews from confirmed orders as verified-owner reviews. Research Arsenal does not publish fabricated testimonials.
