COA STATUS
A documentation library that says what is ready—and what is not.
Batch-specific third-party reports are being acquired. Until a product-matched report is ready, the catalog shows it as pending instead of filling the gap with a borrowed, generic, or placeholder certificate.
No borrowed, placeholder, or cross-batch reports are displayed. Each status changes only when a product-matched batch record is ready to publish.

WHEN REPORTS ARRIVE
How records will connect to the vial.

The report must identify the same compound and strength as the catalog entry.
Batch match
The lot reference on the report must connect to the identifier used on the vial or order record.
Method context
The testing method, laboratory, dates, and measured values stay visible with the original report.
Public status
The registry changes from pending to published and links to the batch-specific document.
